Hodgepodge Massage

60-180 minutes: $180-$540
Kama’aina 60-180 minutes: $150-$450

Hodgepodge Massage is the best of the best. Instead of letting the clock guide the massage, I let my knowledge, intuition, and even client feedback dictate what happens and for how long. Hodgepodge Massage may include energy work, Reiki, Reflexology, Lomi Lomi, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Thai, Hot Stone, and stretching. Sessions last between 60 minutes up to 3 hours. Sessions are based on $3 a minute for non residents or $2.50 a minute for Kama’aina with a local ID. The total price is figured out at the end of session. Pricing ranges between  $180-$540 for non residents and $150-$450 for kama’aina. 

Lomi Lomi

60 minutes: $145

Lomi Lomi is the Hawaiian word for “massage”, and it is part of a larger native Hawaiian tradition of healing and natural body care. According to Hawaiian tradition, all living beings are seeking a state of balance and love in the world. During a Lomi Lomi session, therefore, I focus on not only relaxing your body through gentle touch, but also reviving your spirit and filling your body with the energy of love.

Swedish Massage

60 minutes: $145
90 minutes: $180

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Hot Stone Therapy

60 minutes: $155
90 minutes: $195
Kama’aina 60 minutes: $140
Kama’aina 90 minutes: $180

Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.

Deep Tissue Massage

60 minutes: $160
90 minutes: $200

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

Pregnancy Massage

60 minutes: $155

Pregnancy Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, Pregnancy Massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation.

Reflexology With Foot Bath

50 minutes: $145
Kama’aina 50 minutes: $130

Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet. Unlike other foot massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression. Treatment begins with a warm foot bath. 

Reflexology Plus

60 minutes: $160

Biomat

Use of the Biomat to any session booked. The Biomat is indicated for the temporary relief of minor muscle and joint pain and stiffness; the temporary relief of joint pain associated with arthritis; the temporary relief of muscle spasms, minor sprains and strains, and minor muscular back pain; the relaxation of muscles; and the temporary increase of local circulation where applied. Contraindications will be discussed prior to treatment. 

Add On-CBD oil, balm, and/or lotion

60 or 90 minutes: $10

Add on the use of beneficial CBD during your treatment.  It has been shown that topical CBD has anti-inflammatory, anti-itching, analgesics, and wound healing effects on the skin.
